Beauty is not

Therapies & treatments that are pain-free & non-invasive.

Schroth Therapy

Schroth physical therapy is a non-surgical approach to reduce pain and stop the progression or reduce spinal curvatures. It’s best for children and adults who have been diagnosed with scoliosis and kyphosis as well as those experiencing infantile, congenital, neurologic, or idiopathic conditions.

Total Motion Release Therapy (TMR)

TMR increases mobility while reducing stiffness and pain. Restrictions in joints and muscles throughout the body are released through passive or active movements on the uninvolved side. The therapy is pain-free and ideal for patients with musculoskeletal and neurologic dysfunction and pain or infants with torticollis and plagiocephaly, developmental delays and toe-walking.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST)

CST enhances the body’s ability to heal by relaxing the central and peripheral nervous systems. By relieving tension through gentle, manual techniques this treatment is ideal for infants, children and adults with anxiety, migraines, chronic pain, vertigo, autism, babies with tongue ties, feeding issues, gross and fine motor delays.

Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT)

CFT releases and unwinds connective tissue (fascia) in muscles, joints, and organs throughout the body. It greatly helps with digestive, swallowing and breathing issues. It is mostly a passive manual approach.  Similar to CST, this type of therapy is ideal for infants, children and adults with various orthopedic and neurological conditions, brain injury, back pain, autism and immune disorders.
